Shipping Information
K9 Finds currently ships within the United States and Canada.
Orders over $35 qualify for free shipping within the United States.
Shipping costs for orders under $35 are calculated at checkout based on package size, weight, and destination.
Canadian shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
Handmade Production Times
Most K9 Finds items are handmade in small batches and made to order.
Please allow approximately 2–3 weeks for handmade production before your order ships. Production times may vary slightly during new collection launches, holidays, or high-order periods.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Shipping Times
Once your order ships, estimated delivery times are:

United States: 3–7 business days

Canada: 7–21 business days depending on customs and carrier processing
Please note that shipping timelines are estimates only and may vary due to weather, holidays, postal delays, customs processing, or carrier issues outside of our control.
Carriers
Orders are shipped through USPS using Ground Advantage or Priority Mail depending on package size and weight.
Tracking information will be emailed once your order has shipped.
International Orders
Canadian orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees determined by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in your purchase price or shipping costs.
