Refund & Return Policy

We want you (and your pup) to love your new bandana! If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, we accept returns within 15 days of delivery.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be in the same condition you received it — unworn, unused, and with tags still attached.

  • Item must be sent back in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt) is required.

How to Start a Return

Email us at vicki@k9finds.com before sending anything back. We’ll review your request and give you return instructions and the correct return address.

⚠️ Items sent back without approval will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Damages or Wrong Item

Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If your bandana is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong one, contact us right away so we can make it right.

⚠️ Please note: Because each bandana is handmade, pattern placement may vary slightly from the photos shown. This is not considered a defect and is part of what makes every piece unique.

  • Gift cards

  • Custom/personalized items (if applicable in future collections)

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different size/design is to return your item (if eligible) and place a new order once your return is approved.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note it may take extra time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact us at vicki@k9finds.com.
